Refund Policy

Site & Landscape Work Estimates & Deposits: All estimates are valid for a limited time and subject to change due to material costs, site conditions, or scope changes (30 days). A non-refundable deposit is required to secure scheduling and materials (20%). Deposits cover planning, mobilization, and material ordering.

Cancellations Before Work Begins: If the client cancels prior to 2 weeks before work starting 10% of the deposit will be refunded. If the client cancels with it 2 weeks of the work starting, the deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments beyond the deposit may be refunded minus administrative costs, material restocking fees, or non-recoverable expenses.

Cancellations After Work Begins: Once work has started, no refunds will be issued for completed labor, installed materials, or work in progress.

The client is responsible for payment for all work performed and materials ordered up to the cancellation date.

Weather & Site Conditions Delays: due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen site issues do not qualify for refunds. Scheduling will be adjusted as needed.

Changes to Scope of Work: Any changes requested by the client may affect pricing and timelines. Approved changes are not eligible for refunds.

Plant & Material Warranty Natural Materials (plants, sod, soil, stone, etc.) are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

We are not responsible for failure due to weather, pests, soil conditions, improper maintenance, or acts of nature.

Unsatisfactory Work: Concerns must be reported within a reasonable time after completion (30 days).

We will make reasonable efforts to correct verified workmanship issues.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

Final Payments Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in collection efforts or liens as permitted by law.
